Disclosure Regarding Consumer Reports
Eos Loan (“Eos”) may obtain one or more consumer reports about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for credit or financing.
These reports may include information related to your credit history, creditworthiness, identity verification, and other information permitted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).
Purpose of the Consumer Report
Consumer reports will be obtained solely for permissible purposes under the FCRA, including:
- evaluating your application for credit or financing;
- making decisions related to approval or denial;
- reviewing, updating, or servicing an existing account, if applicable.
Authorization
By checking this box and submitting your application, you authorize Eos to obtain consumer reports about you for the purposes described above.
You understand that:
- Eos may first obtain a soft inquiry that does not affect your credit score;
- A hard inquiry may be obtained if your application proceeds to final review;
- This authorization may remain in effect for the duration of your relationship with Eos, as permitted by law.
Your Rights
You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
