Please read this document carefully and save or print a copy for your records.
Definitions
“Eos,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Eos Loan, its successors, assigns, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, and contractual partners involved in providing financing and related services.
“You” and “your” refer to the individual or business entity providing consent to this agreement.
“Records” refer to all documents, disclosures, agreements, notices, authorizations, and communications related to your application for and use of Eos services, including but not limited to:
- credit applications,
- financing agreements,
- disclosures required by law,
- billing statements,
- payment authorizations,
- transaction histories,
- consent forms,
- policies and notices,
- and any other information related to the solution or services you request from Eos.
Scope of Consent
By providing your consent, you agree to conduct transactions with Eos electronically, including the use of electronic signatures.
You understand and agree that:
- Your electronic signature may consist of clicking buttons, checking boxes, or taking other electronic actions where indicated;
- Records may be provided to you electronically instead of on paper;
- Records may be delivered by email, made available through your online account, or provided via secure links.
Your consent applies to:
- your current application and related agreements; and
- any future transactions or amendments that relate to, modify, or extend your original agreement with Eos.
This consent remains effective unless withdrawn in accordance with the terms below.
Updating Your Contact Information
You agree to provide accurate and current contact information, including a valid email address and phone number, and to promptly notify Eos of any changes.
You may update your contact information through your online account or by contacting Eos support.
If electronic communications to your email address are returned as undeliverable for an extended period, Eos may treat your consent as withdrawn and provide Records in paper form when required.
Obtaining Paper Copies
You may request a paper copy of any Record by:
- printing it from your electronic device, or
- contacting Eos support.
Eos may charge a reasonable fee for providing paper copies where permitted by law. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically.
Eos reserves the right, but is not obligated, to provide paper copies of any Record.
Withdrawing Consent
If you do not consent to electronic signatures and electronic Records, you will not be able to complete your application or proceed with Eos services.
If you provide consent but withdraw it before completing your application, you will be unable to proceed.
After completing your application or entering into an agreement, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Eos support. Upon withdrawal:
- Eos will provide future Records in paper form where legally required;
- No fee will be charged for withdrawing consent;
- Withdrawal will not affect the validity of Records previously provided electronically.
Hardware and Software Requirements
To access, review, and retain electronic Records, you must have:
- A computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access;
- A current web browser that supports standard encryption (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge);
- Access to the email address used to create your Eos account;
- Sufficient electronic storage to retain Records;
- A printer, if you wish to print Records;
- Software capable of viewing PDF files (such as Adobe Reader).
If these requirements change materially, updated requirements will be presented to you, and your renewed consent may be required.
By providing your consent and accessing this agreement electronically, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
