TERMS & CONDITIONS – CAMPAIGN

  1. TERMS & CONDITIONS – CAMPAIGN 

    1. OBJECTIVE This campaign aims to encourage new business on the Eos platform by offering a $500 VISA Gift Card to contractors who close their first funded deal within the campaign period. 

    2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD The campaign is valid exclusively for deals submitted and funded between April 1, 2025, and April 30, 2025. 

    3. ELIGIBILITY 

     3.1. The campaign is valid only for contractors registered on the Eos platform who submit their first deal within the campaign period. 3.2. The $500 VISA Gift Card bonus will be granted only after: 

    • The deal is approved by Eos following the credit analysis guidelines; 

    • The contract is signed by the client within the established deadlines; 

    • The financing is approved, and the funds are deposited into Eos Solar Financing’s account by the financial institution.  

    3.2. Deal evaluation may take up to 15 days after submission. Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting deals early to ensure sufficient time for review and approval.  

    3.3. Deals submitted before or after the campaign period will not be eligible for the bonus. 

    4. BONUS PAYMENT METHOD  

    4.1. The bonus will be issued via VISA Gift Card, and the contractor must have an active VISA account to redeem it.  

    4.2. The reward will be granted within 10 business days after the deal is finalized and the funds have been deposited into Eos Loan’s account. 

    5. GENERAL CONDITIONS  

    5.1. The campaign is personal and non-transferable, valid only for the first approved deal submitted by the contractor within the campaign period.  

    5.2. Eos reserves the right to audit and validate all participating deals to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with the campaign rules.  

    5.3. If a deal is canceled or the client withdraws before the financing is released, the bonus will not be granted.  

    5.4. Eos may suspend or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice if any irregularities are detected or if strategic adjustments are required. 5.5. Participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
